Instructions to make SailMani:
- Heat oil in a pan and roast mustard seeds till they start splittering
- When they start splittering add green chilliez and curry leaves.
- Saute for few secs. Then add tomato puree and dry masalas.
- Let it cook on low flame till tomatoes are combined well with masalasa and oil seperates.
- Now make small pieces of chappaties add to the tomato gravy
- Mix it well and cook for few mins.
- Now add atleast 2 glasses of water and let it cook
- Cook till chappaties are tender and mixed with the tomato gravy.
- If you want make it dry or can have little thick gravy.
- Enjoy hot. - Have as your breakfast.
