- I tried cutting them into bars and wrapping them in paper to make them look like candy. They're good as presents.
Leave the cake on the bottom of the springform pan for serving. To make the topping, melt the jelly in a small pan over low heat. In a bowl, toss berries and the warm jelly gently until well mixed. Run thin knife between edge of cheesecake and pan. To serve, top with berries; sprinkle confectioners' sugar through sieve over berries.
