- Combine the tomatoes,cashews, dry red chillies with 2 tbsp water & grind to make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add all the ingredients & cook till aroma smells off.

- Now add the grinded tomato paste in it & cook for 5 minutes.
- Wash & rinse the both pulses & put it in the cooker with 2 Cups of water.
- Give 2 whistles & let it cool down.Now add gravy in it & mix well.
- Take a pan,heat 2 tsp of desi ghee in it with 1 whole dry chilli.cook till it become light.
- Pour the cooked dal in the serving bowl,Pour cooked red chilli with desi ghee on it,Garnish with coriander leaves& cream.
- Serve hot with Chapati
