  1. Take 1 cup Yellow lentil
  2. Prepare 1 cup Bottle gaurd (cube shaped cutting)

  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp

  8. Prepare 1.5 tablespoons Sambhar masala
  9. Prepare 1 tablespoons Oil -
  10. Get 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  11. Get 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  12. Get 1 Onion medium sized (finely chopped)
  13. Prepare to taste Salt salt
  14. Prepare 5 Curry leaves

How to make Spicy Sambhar Fried Rice. Any South Indian meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, would be considered incomplete without Sambhar or one of its variants, because these are had with rice as well as with snacks like Idli, Sada Dosa, Upma,Ven Pongal, etc. Sambhar Rice. teri maa ki chud. Steps to make Sambhar Rice (Maa ki pasand):
  1. Take a cooker add daal then add bottle gaurd, tomato, brinjal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 2glass water.
  2. Cook till 4-5 whistle.
  3. After 5 whistle turn off the flame and keep it to cool completely.
  4. Take a tadka pan add oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds saute then add onion fry for 1min then add curry leaves and sambhar masala turn off the flame.
  5. Add the Tadka in sambhar then add tamarind pulp mix it well.
  6. Maa ki pasand Sambhar is ready serve it with chawl.
