- Add Pepper powder and if required add water. Heat up a tava or pan. Grease with oil and rub it with kitchen towel. Keep flame Medium -high. Pour one laddle batter on hot tava.
- Spread it and cover it. One side done sprinkle some oil on it.
- Flip to other side. Cover it and cook it well. Make all Uttapam. And serve hot with coconut chutney, spicy peanut Chutney.
