  9. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
  10. First on high flame then make it medium flame or low.
  11. Now divide the dough into equal size balls.
  12. Flatten the balls with your palm.
  13. Place a small ball of stuffing in the center and seal it properly.
  14. Now roll the balls.
  15. It should be little thick.
  16. Place the kachori into the oil for frying.
  17. Fry in small batches.
  18. Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden and crispy.
  19. Drain and serve.
