  6. In a small bow beat the egg and add some of the hot sauce
  7. Mix the 2 mixtures and stir well. Add some salt and ground black pepper
  8. Plece the potatoes in the ceramic dish
  9. Add the cheese sauce on top and bake in a preheated oven for 45min on 150 C
