I used hung curd to make this, i took some thick yogurt and poured in some cheesecloth lined over a sieve and put it in fridge and let it drip overnight.

  1. Mix water & gelatine and keep it aside.
  2. Now take a blender & blend the digestive biscuits. Now in a pan,mix the melted butter & biscuits powder.
  3. Now take a pan & add whipped cream + hungcurd. Blend it nicely.
  4. Add gelatine mixture into the cream mixture and blend until it is soft and combined.
  5. Take a pan and put the biscuits mixture.Press it with your hand or the back of a glass.Pour the cream mixture into it.
  6. Tap it so that no bubbles remain.
  7. Pour a few spoons of Chocolate and make swirls.
  8. Keep it in the fridge for atleast 6/7 hrs.
  9. Serve chilled cheesecake.
