Drain tuna then add to mayonnaise mixture. Use a fork to break up tuna into flakes. Add celery, pickles, red onion, and parsley and toss to combine. Before I ever had Tuna Omelette in their house, I never really liked Tuna, especially the canned variety.

- Flip the other side over to melt the cheese and serve. Enjoy!
But I have been converted ever since and now am a canned Tuna lover. Immediately top the omelet with some of the tuna mixture. Fold over and keep warm while you make the other omelet. Sushi rolls or hosomaki are basic but popular sushi in Japan. Hoso means "thin" and maki means Hosomaki are much easier to roll than thick sushi rolls, so they are perfect for practicing before you.
